Allyson is a storyteller who
holds community & creativity
at the heart of her work
Allyson (she/her) has spent the last decade creating strategic experiences for brands large and small. Hailing from the midwest, she’s inspired by rural landscapes, nature and hand craft. She believes inclusive, empathetic design should be accessible for all.
She is currently a design director at KNOCK inc. where she focuses on a range of retail experiences for Target. Allyson has experience leading creative projects and collaborating with designers, writers, strategists, artists and photographers. She holds a degree in Graphic Design with a minor in Advertising from Iowa State University and studied in Rome, Italy in 2014.
Outside of work you’ll find her thrifting, whittling, rewatching X Files, and dabbling in her latest craft venture (shout out to community ed classes). She is currently working on a family heirloom project transcribing, designing and hand binding a recipe book in honor of her maternal grandmother. Community, kindness and creativity are core to her values.
Get in touch, she’d love to hear from you.
